Patrick
"Pat" Bradley closed his eyes and drifted into
the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, March 13, 2013,
in Alamogordo. Pat was born in Cloudcroft on
March 19, 1934, to Louis A. and Frances G. Riggs
Bradley. He was a member of Mayhill Baptist Church. Pat loved the mountains and music, and was a talented musician, recently playing in the church band. He retired from civil service at Holloman Air Force Base, where he worked at the sled test track.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Elizabeth "Ann"; his parents; and his sister Marga Lou Jones.
Survivors include his sons Wayne and wife, Joyce Bradley, of Rowlett, Texas; Patrick and wife, Laura Bradley, of Angleton, Texas; daughters Teresa and husband, Wes Housler, of Cloudcroft; Dell and husband, Cole Baird, of Bloomfield, N.M., and Louann and John Gomez, of Alamogordo; 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 18, 2013, at Eternity Baptist Church, 1205 25th St., Alamogordo, with Lester Stone and Larry Mizell officiating. A fellowship with family and friends will be held after the service at the church fellowship hall to celebrate Pat's life.
The Bradley family has entrusted their loved to the care of Hamilton O'Dell Funeral Home to direct the arrangements. Cremation will take at PCS.
